You have 30 days from the order date to return any items. Items returned must be unworn and in resalable condition. We try hard to accept all returns but in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I RETURN ANY UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE ITEMS?
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size or colour. Just note down your details and your order number and include it with your items when you send it back to us.

Everyone makes mistakes!
Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please email us at email@example.com stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault.
We will aim to replace or refund your items as soon as possible. We will also refund delivery costs.
A lot of our items are unisex and sometimes your size may not fit! Fear not, you can post your item back and get an alternative size. Simply email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will hook you up with a more appropriate size.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size and that you will receive your new product once the original item once the item is received with us, which in total can take up to 28 days.
THE BORING STUFF
We will refund the product at the price you purchased it at. This includes sale/promotion items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by accident.
